The vast hinterland of southern Xinjiang hides countless natural wonders. Our destination today is the Wensu Grand Canyon, which is known as the most beautiful Danxia geology in the west.

 

 

 

Amoderos lined up in a row and slowly drove into this masterpiece of time carved by wind, sand and flowing water. The reddish-brown rocks were stacked in layers, the cliffs of the canyon towered into the clouds, and the sun shone through the gaps in the clouds, presenting a charming change of light and shadow. It was silent, but it told the ancient story in silence.

 

 

 

We got off the car and walked between the cliffs of the canyon, exploring those unknown corners. The flashing camera recorded our tiny figures in front of nature, the magnificent panorama of the canyon and the delicate sandstone texture, but it could never freeze the shock in our hearts. Because this feeling can only be experienced by stepping on this land in person.

 

 

 

As the afterglow of the setting sun fell over the canyon, we sat together and enjoyed the local specialties. The aroma in the air was as profound and unique as the culture of this land. We raised our glasses and shared the little bits of fun on the journey. The joy and satisfaction from the bottom of our hearts were best interpreted in the clinking of the glasses.

 

 

 

 

As night fell, the bonfire lit up the outline of the night and brought our hearts closer. We held hands and formed a circle, singing and laughing together under the gaze of the starry sky. The singing echoed in the canyon, interweaving with the sound of the natural wind, forming a moving symphony. At this moment, no matter where we came from, we all became family on this land.

 

 

 

 

I think that if we recall today one day, everyone will be filled with emotion, because here, we not only witnessed the greatness of nature, but also gained sincere emotions between people.

 

 

 

Tomorrow, we will set off again, because there are more unknowns and surprises waiting for us ahead. Perhaps it will be a more magnificent scenery, perhaps a more touching story, or perhaps a deeper feeling. But no matter what, we will move forward bravely with full expectations.
